La g\u00e9nesis de esta obra, la cual me precio de dirigir, dice relaci\u00f3n con la recopilaci\u00f3n en formato de cap\u00edtulos de algunas de las ponencias que fueron presentadas en seminarios organizados en la Universidad del Desarrollo, al alero de su Facultad de Derecho y del Centro de Derecho Regulatorio y Empresa.
\nSin perjuicio de lo anterior, tambi\u00e9n refleja el compromiso de autores que sin haber participado en las referidas instancias de discusi\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, aceptaron con entusiasmo la invitaci\u00f3n a formar parte del libro. En atenci\u00f3n a la naturaleza de los contribuciones recibidas, me pareci\u00f3 adecuado organizarlas en cuatro secciones.
